During Holly Folly weekend, BLUE GALLERY in Provincetown will be filled with trees and tables festooned with handmade holiday ornaments celebrating the season in any way created by local craftspeople and artists. 100% of the money raised through the sale of the ornaments goes to Lower Cape Outreach Council (LCOC). They provide provide emergency assistance of food, clothing and financial support to the eight towns of the Outer Cape. In 2010, LCOC provided more than $1.2 million in direct aid. LCOC provided $329,161 in direct assistance to individuals in families living in the three outermost towns of Provincetown, Truro and Wellfleet in 2010.
